The attached photos show a nib grinding mill, type SMM 800, which we last overhauled in 2025 and partially repainted, as an example.
In this case it is the type 801, where, as seen in the first photo, the aluminum housing is not painted, but only the base in black.
The currently offered mill was disassembled into all components for inspection.
The following will be carried out during the overhaul:
- Total decomposition
- Single part inspection
- Sandblasting of all painted parts
- Priming / grinding and repainting of the machine base
- New adjustable (FU) dosing screw in stainless steel
- new smoke extraction blower
- all seals new
- all supports renewed
- new V-belts
- new shock absorbers
- new screening insert (customized according to customer requirement)
- new shear knives
- new lifting / rack actuator for the lid
- new fill level sensor, sensors for water and temperature control
- new control cabinet with frequency controller for the dosing screw and star-delta starter for the main drive, complete logic control. Without PLC for longer life and easier maintenance.
