2 x Melting containers MELT/100
The melter is used to melt cocoa mass blocks, cocoa butter or vegetable fats.
Rectangular double-jacket tank, inner and outer parts in AISI 304 stainless steel
used to store ingredients in liquid form.
Heating by means of thermostatic resistance and recirculation of hot water.
The grid in stainless steel AISI 304 is used to melt the blocks.
Magnesium anode in the double walls. The device is equipped with an electric board
according to safety regulations in force, complete with a thermostat for water heating
and stop/start push buttons as well as timers for the pumps.
Capacity: approx. 2000 l.

Lobe pumps. Rate of flow 14500 kg/hour, 200 rpm,
pressure 2 to 4 kg/cm2
Heated pump group.

The machine, entirely built in stainless steel AISI 304, is
composed of charging hopper for solid products, safety grid,
auger for product transport, vibrating unit, discharging outlet.
Capacity: approx. 2000 kg/h.
1 x Mixer MX/1000
for solid and liquid ingredients. Built in stainless steel
AISI 304, made of double jacketed structure in stainless steel
AISI 304, stainless steel agitator, stainless steel emulsifier for
products, heating unit. Capacity: 1000 kg.
1 x Pump PL/210
Lobe pump. Rate of flow 2900 kg/hour, 100 rpm, pressure 3
to 5 kg/cm2. Heated pump group.

3 x Ball mill MILL/250L
AISI 304 stainless steel. Inner part consists of a cylinder and
an agitator with scraper at the bottom,
made of anti-wear alloy steel. Pump for the product recirculation and discharge at
the end the production cycle. Inverter to control the speed of
the stirrer and the pump. Control of water and product
temperature in heating and cooling mode. The electric general
control board of the line for the correct management of the
working operations, is equipped with PLC and Touch Screen.
Product discharge by a 3-way valve. Filter with 1 magnet.
Acidity/humidity extraction device. Inlet of hot air. Connection
for compressed air underneath the cylinder. Complete with 2
anodes. Expected hourly production: approx. 250-350 kg/h to
produce chocolate starting from cocoa mass (with trained
operators and using icing sugar at 80 microns).

1 x Electric board ELT/XB
for the correct functioning of the working
operations. It controls the ball mill, the mixer, the water and
chocolate pumps, the powder feeder, the automatic operations
and the temperature. Some alarms warn in case of problems
and a timer can plan the production.

steel AISI 304. Stainless steel agitator. Transmission group
composed of gearmotor, pulleys and transmission belts.
Electric control panel in compliance with the regulations in
force, complete with start/stop buttons for the agitator and
possible pump to transfer the finished product. Heating group.
Conching accelerator device. Capacity: 5000 Kg.
