Stainless steel AISI 304. The interior consists of a cylinder and a mixer with a scraper at the bottom made of wear-resistant alloy steel. Pump for product circulation and discharge at the end of the production cycle. Frequency converter to control the speed of the mixer and the pump. Regulation of water and product temperature in heating and cooling mode.

The machine is equipped with an electrical control panel for correct operation, with PLC and TOUCH SCREEN.

Product discharge via a 3-way valve. Filter with 1 magnet. Device for removing acid/humidity. Hot air supply.

Connection for compressed air beneath the cylinder.

Comes complete with 2 anodes. Charging capacity 50 kg.

Expected hourly output: about 50 kg/h for the production of cocoa mass with 50 microns from pre-processed cocoa with 200 microns about 50 kg/h for the production of chocolate with 18-20 microns
