acting on the diversity of specific weight, it separates

whatever is heavier. Compact machine, easy adjustment with

RoasterT35

Roasting machine for cocoa and nuts. Loading capacity: 35 Kg.

Roasting power: LPG/natural gas. The roasting phase takes

place with gradual uniformity. A timed aspirator allows the

ejection of the heat and of the roasting fumes arising inside

the cylinder. Rotation speed control by inverter. Timed

inversion system of the direction of rotation for a uniform

roasting. Automatic discharge in the cooling carousel.

Management of the process is regulated by electronic control

of the temperature and the burner. 3 roasting phases with

"roasting curve. Control with PLC and Touch Screen. Automatic

spraying of water for the debacterization of the cocoa beans. "

Machine to break roasted cocoa beans into uncalibrated nib.

Suction of husk and germ. Low acoustic impact and small size.

 Prerefiner ROL-R2

Pre-refining machine with 2 rolls in porphyry of 400 mm

length with adjustable distance. Input ingredient: cocoa nib,

output: cocoa flakes. Product output at max 35 °C. Conveyor

for product discharge. Production capacity: 50-70 kg/h.

Antistatic bar included.

 

Ball refiner MILL/50

AISI 304 stainless steel. Inner part consists of a cylinder and

an agitator with scraper at the bottom, made of anti-wear

alloy steel. Pump for the product recirculation and discharge at

the end the production cycle. Inverter to control the speed of

the stirrer and the pump. Control of water and product

temperature in heating and cooling mode. The machine is

equipped with electric control board, for the correct

management of the working operations, with PLC and TOUCH

SCREEN. Product discharge by a 3-way valve. Filter with 1

magnet. Acidity/humidity extraction device. Inlet of hot air.

Connection for compressed air underneath the cylinder.

Complete with 2 anodes. Loading capacity 50 kg. Expected

hourly production: approx. 50 kg/h to produce cocoa mass at

50 microns starting from pre-refined cocoa at 200 micron

approx. 50 kg/h to produce chocolate at 18-20 microns

starting from cocoa mass at 50 microns approx. 25 kg/h to

produce chocolate at 18-20 microns starting from pre-refined

cocoa at 200 micron (with trained operators).

Jacketed technological pipes in stainless steel. Complete with

Conche with double wall frame in stainless steel AISI 304.

Stainless steel agitator complete with Teflon scrapers. Device

for shear stress to decrease the viscosity. Acidity and humidity

extractor. Heating and cooling unit. Recirculation lobe pump

with mechanical and magnetic filtration system. Hot air

injection by blower. Electric control panel equipped with PLC
