18 inch working width (about 450 mm) 

consisting of:

1- WLS heavy duty sheet extruder

2 screws, diameter of each screw 20 cm, motor power 11kW

2- sheet rolling machine

to press the gum sheet, several reducing rolling stations brings the sheet to final thickness

3- cooling Tunnel

to cool gum sheet, 3 tier, 4 m length, 5 HP cooling unit

4- scoring machine

to cut the gum sheet lengthwise into strips by the first cutting station

the succeeding cutting station cuts the strips across with each revolution

5- conveyor to take excess gum from scoring machine back to extruder

6- 2nd cooling Tunnel

to cool final product, 1 tier, 4 m length, 5 HP cooling unit
